February Project: 1 movie a day!

Every start of the year I get excited when I see people talking about their "365 project", and I always think the same thing: "that's not for me, I could never do something every day for the whole year". Well, instead of a 365 project, I decided to come up with a few different ideas and work on a different project every month, not necessarily for all the 12 months, because I've already skipped January, my bad!

So for February, I decided to push myself on watching 1 different movie every day, going at the movie theater or just staying home. After realizing that last year I didn't watch as many movies as I used to before, I wanted to prove myself that it was possible to stop everything that I was doing for 90 minutes, sit down and watch a film.

Out of the 29 films I've watched last month, only one was a repetition for me. Can you guess which? Here's the full list, in the same order that I watched:

Marcelo Perdido - Inverno

Recently I've collaborated again with singer and songwriter Marcelo Perdido on the release of his second album, called "Inverno" (Winter). These are the official pictures to help him to promote his music. Make up was made by Amanda Raimondi. The album is already out, and you can download it for free at Scream & Yell

Robert DeLong

Last year I've shot Robert DeLong live on his stop in NYC to play a sold out Rough Trade. Robert is really incredible live, super inventive and energetic. A must-see for electronic music fans and more!

Fulton Center Station, NYC

Kimbra

Last month Kimbra stopped in NYC to play a sold out show at The Bowery Ballroom. On tour promoting her brand new album "The Golden Echo" (2014), the concert was an absolute blast. She has a great stage presence and lots of energy!

Culture Collide

Last month I went to Brooklyn to check Culture Collide, on their NYC stop, during the CMJ festival 2014. Got to listen and shoot some amazing new bands, like Port Juvee, September Girls, Flowers, Gringo Star, Hunters, Solander, Beverly, Paws, Pins, The Wytches and Splashh.

Train

Last week I got to shoot Train performing for a sold out Radio City Music Hall, in the heart of New York City. An absolutely amazing performance with lots of hits and new tracks from "Bulletproof Picasso", their brand new album.
